Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are infections spread from person to person during sex (vaginal, oral, or anal) or close intimate contact.

   STDs are also called sexually transmitted infections, or STIs.

  • Viral
  • Fungal
TRANSMISSION through body fluids, so during penetration (vaginal/anal), but sometmes  also skin contact or oral sex.
