What do you always have to do?

• Always take a notebook with you to class. 
• Write down the grammar rules in your notebook.
• Write other important stuff in your notebook.

No notebook (or an empty one) means that you've forgotten your work.

Create a vocabulary list at the end of your notebook. This broadens your vocabulary and help you remember more.

43. Before reading

• On your own

You are going to read a text about criminals who are not very smart. Read A, B and C. Which criminal is the most stupid to you? Why? What could he have done differently? Discuss your answer with your classmate.

44b. During reading

• On your own

- Skim the text. Do you think the text is interesting? Explain why.

- At least in 20 words;

• With a classmate:

-  Tell your classmate why you think the story is (not) interesting. 

- Have a 2 minute conversation.

44c. During reading

• On your own:

- Now read the whole text. 

- Write the letter of the corresponding paragraphs in front of every subheading. 

- There are two extra titles, fill in X. 

• In class: 

- Was this a difficult text? Tell me why.

44d. During reading

• On your own:

- Read the six statements related to the six cases from the text. 

- Select true, false, or doesn’t say.

- Write down words you don't know;

- Don't check your answers, just jet!

• Together: 

- Why do you think it was true, false or it didn't say. Tell your classmate. 

45. After reading

• With a classmate:

Work together with a classmate. 

Which paragraph from the text does each photo belong to? 

Write down your answer in your notebook and discuss why.

• In the classroom

- What were your answers? Did you agree?

Write a small post

• You want to do some voluntary work too. Write a message for your social media account. Explain what kind of work you are looking for. Mention why you think you will be good at it. Use about 50 - 60 words.
• Write it as if you are on one of your Social Media accounts.

Twitter is different from TikTok and Snap Chat. 

So use hashtags (#) etc. ---> HOMEWORK!
