You use will to talk about predictions in the future.

You  also use will for promises:

2. To be going to + infinitive
You use this form to talk about thing you have planned:

I'm going to play football after school.
We're going to go out for dinner this weekend. 
She is going to cook dinner for us tonight.

You use the present simple for all things related to schedules.

for example: 
  • public transport
  • opening and closing times
  • school schedules

Use do/does + infinitive for questions
Use don't/doesn't + infinitive for negations
