Adverbs of frequency
Adverbs of frequency = Bijwoorden van frequentie

Bijwoorden van frequentie gebruik je om aan te geven hoe vaak of weinig je iets doet of gebruikt.

Een adverb of frequency is: always, rarely, never, usually.

1. Het staat voor het hoofdwerkwoord in de zin (behalve bij to be):
- I never liked that car.
- My friends usually arrive on time.

We gebruiken de present simple als we het hebben over:
  • feiten --> This book has a red color.
  • gewoonten --> Bart always bites his nails.
  • regelmatigheden --> These kids often play with each other.
