• Herhaling van het werkwoord 'To be' = zijn

• To be going to: Je kunt in het Engels uitleggen wat je binnenkort van plan bent te gaan doen ( in de toekomst > the future 
• going = gaan

Schrijf op:  'to be going to'

Vorm:

I + am + going to + hele werkwoord

you/we/they + are + going to + hele werkwoord

he/she/it + is + going to + hele werkwoord

Je gebruikt voor alle personen dezelfde vorm.

Je kan 'will'op twee manieren schrijven:

1. Lange vorm: Will

Ontkennende zinnen

• Bij ontkennende zinnen zet je 'not' achter 'will', 
• Gebruik de korte vorm: won't

Bij vragen zet je 'will' vooraan .

Will we meet  him again ? Zullen we hem nog een keer ontmoeten? 

LET OP: 

Bij vragen met 'I' en 'we' gebruiken we SHALL  

Shall we go to the cinema? Zullen we naar de bioscoop gaan?

Shall  gebruik je dus om een voorstel te doen
