How to indicate possession

Bezit: Possessive adjectives

 Possessive adjectives worden gebruikt om bezit aan te geven

This is my computer

His: for boys and men

Her: for girls and women

Its: for animals and things

Possessive adjectives  staan voor een zelfstandig naamwoord (noun).

Bezit: Possessive pronouns

Possessive pronouns geven ook bezit aan.

Maar deze staan meestal aan het eind van een zin (dus zonder 

zelfstandignaamwoord erna).

We use aposthrophe + s to show possession
