Summary (100 words)

The 2024 Paris Olympics will take place from July 26th to August 11th. Around 10,500 athletes from over 200 countries will compete in 329 events. Traditional sports like swimming, cycling, and gymnastics will be featured alongside newer ones like skateboarding, surfing, and a new addition, breaking (acrobatic dance). Events will be held at iconic locations in Paris, such as beach volleyball near the Eiffel Tower, and at venues outside the city, like surfing in Tahiti. Fans should keep an eye on 14-year-old skateboarder Fay DeFazio Ebert and other athletes aiming for gold. Let the games begin!

8. Afsluiting

De docent controleert in de slotfase van de les of de leerdoelen door alle leerlingen behaald zijn en plaatst de les in de context van de betreffende Unit.
