Is jij behind the verb?

In a question, the verb is in first position in the sentence. 
Ga je naar huis?

Drink je thee?

The t is dropped. In the basic sentence when the verb is behind the subject you do add a t:

Je gaat naar huis.
Je drinkt thee. 

Bijvoorbeeld (for example)

Jij hebt een mooi boek.

Je luistert goed.

Je tekent een fiets.

- gives information about the noun it belongs to

- it can be before or behind the noun:

bijvoorbeeld: De blauwe trui is kapot.

De kapotte blauwe trui.

De kapotte blauwe trui is te klein.

De te kleine, kapotte blauwe trui.

When do you use an -e behind the adjective?

This depends on the article of the noun. A de woord gets an e. 

de aardige man - een aardige man 

A het woord does not. 

het leuke huis 

But when the article is indefinite you drop the e
een leuk huis
