Reflection: what do we know now?
  • Christianity has spread since the beginning of our common era to te rest of the world. 
  • Christianity has experienced his first major split in the years 1500 to 1600 (Reformation). This split was due to many differences of opinion regarding the Catholic Church (teachings, indulgences, etc.). the This eventually led to the split between Catholics and Protestant (from the word 'protest', protest to the Bishop of Rome, the Pope).
  • Christianity has developed in Africa in a completely different way (more singing, more extravert).
