Lying chatbots
Discuss ONE of the following statements with your neighbor:
  • Students must tell their teachers if they used ChatGPT for every written assignment they turn in and expect to be graded on.
  • Teachers must tell their students if they used ChatGPT to generate lesson materials, homework assignments, and test questions.
  • To avoid plagiarism and cheating, only teachers should be allowed to use ChatGPT.
  • ChatGPT is already making the world a better place.
  • Rather than avoid the topic altogether, high schools should teach a class about the ethical use and applications of ChatGPT.
