A short introduction to Doctor Who
Doctor Who is a sci-fi show about the Doctor; one of an alien race known as the Time Lords, species who can travel in time and 'regenerate' (change their faces) before death.
The Doctor travels in a great vessel called the TARDIS; it is infinitely vast, and infinitely powerful, and if destroyed, is capable of not just destroying the universe, but erasing every aspect of time itself. The TARDIS, however, appears as a classic British police telephone box,
something which you no longer see on the streets, and is therefore questioned
by the majority of his companions. It is bigger on the inside than you'd imagine,
with a collection of whimsical passages and rooms, such as a library, a swimming
pool, and even a giant wardrobe.
