Creative Media - what do you want from this course?

Slide 1 - Open question

While the creative industries include a very broad spectrum of practices, many are closely related and share both creative processes and required skills. In addition, with the increase in the use of technologies, there are continued convergences between creative practices and their associated professions.

In this unit, students will explore both the creative industries and the specific areas of creative media production.

By developing a broad understanding of the industry, business practices, and specific skills, students will be able to situate their own work and skills within the specific industries and the wider sector

2. Explain the different forms of company and employment within the creative industries in Northern Ireland.
