Main & side events
Who knows (or can guess) what main & side events are?
And does anyone know an example?

Slide 4 - Slide

Main events
The most important parts of a story.
"De rode draad".
If you erase these parts, the story will be incomplete and will not make sense anymore. If you put all main events together you will have a summary.

Examples of a main event:
- Will crossing the street when he did
- Lou losing her job at the café
- Lou applying for a job as a caregiver

Slide 5 - Slide

Side events
Smaller storylines that are not that important.
If you erase all these side events, the story will still make sense.

Examples of side events:

- Lou tearing her skirt.

Who can think of another example?
