What do you always have to do?

  • Always take a notebook with you to class. 
  • Write down the grammar rules in your notebook.
  • Write other important stuff in your notebook.

No notebook (or an empty one) means that you've forgotten your work.


Create a vocabulary list at the end of your notebook. This broadens your vocabulary and help you remember more.

10. Describe the people
  • On your own:
- Look at the pictures.

  • In pairs:
-  What can you say about these people emotions? What do you think these people are like? Discuss.with a classmate.

  • In the classroom:
- What did you discuss?

11. Find out the meaning
  • On your own:
- Read the theme words. Tick the words that you already know.
- Write down the correct translations.

  • In pairs:
- Which theme words are positive and which are negative. Fill in the grid.

  • In the classroom:
- Make a sentence using 2 of the theme words to describe a person you know.

13. Write down the sentences
  • On your own:
- Write down four questions about four different people. Use the theme words. Use a different word for each question.

In pairs
- Swap books with a classmate. Write down your answer to your classmate's questions. 

  • In the classroom:
- We'll discuss the exercise together.
