We use "to be going to" to talk about the future:
  1. To talk about future plans  (and intentions):
  • We're not going to paint our bedroom tomorrow.
  • I'm going to watch the match tonight. 

  1. To talk about predictions:
  • Look at the sky, it's going to rain soon.
  • It's 08:30, you're going to miss your train!


Time expressions:
Tomorrow, tonight, in two hours, next week, next year, when I grow up, in two days

  • Personal pronouns are words like I, me, you or he
  • Don't leave out a pronoun. 
  • No pronoun together with a noun:
NOT Matthew he’s quite tall.

Possessives often tell us who things belong to or a relationship between two people/things
