Echte toekomende tijden die je hebt geleerd:
- Future met going to, voor
* plannen
* voorspellingen met bewijs.
- Future met will, voor * beloftes *dingen die je nu beslist en meteen gaat doen
* voorspellingen met weinig bewijs.
Future met shall, in vragen met I en we, om iets voor te stellen of aan te bieden.

Deze tijden kun je ook voor de toekomst gebruiken:
- Present simple, voor dingen die door een ander zijn gepland maar waar jij aan gaat deelnemen (of niet). Ze gaan toch wel door. Je kunt ze opzoeken. Denk aan vertrektijden van treinen, vliegtuigen, start van lessen, vakanties etc.
- Present continuous, voor dingen die je hebt afgesproken, waar je al dingen voor hebt geregeld.
