If you doubt between two answers: ask yourself which answer was mostly present in the fragment? What is it really about and what is a detail?
look for synonyms. Sometimes a synonym of a word in the answers is used in the video.

Watch a lot of Netflix series like: The Crown (without subtitles or with English subtitles), Planet Earth, Topboy, The documentary about David Beckham
Listen to luisterboeken (Audible, Storytel, Nextory) -> Sherlock Holmes series, Harry Potter, Fantastic Beasts series, Jane Austen books or anything else you find interesting.
Listen to english videos at least 15 minutes a day. Make sure you practice with the British accent.
