Dit soort tussenzinnen geven meer informatie. Ze geven vaak meer informatie over het onderwerp van de zin. In het Nederlands gebruiken we vaak 'die' of 'dat'

Who = bij personen

Which = bij dingen of dieren

That = informeler, dan voor beide

The woman ... helped us at the tourist office advised us to take the City Bus Tour
