Big tip: when you don't know the meaning of a word, take a good look at what is happening in the video. Example: "The roads are always congested in Los Angeles." While they use this word 'congested' they show roads that are super busy with lots of cars driving on the roads. Congested = stuck with lots of traffic driving around. The video is about the Olympic Games that will take place in Los Angeles in 2028.
