- create as many lessons as we can in English ( currently 40 %) 

- professional and open  learning environment in which we work together  (content and language teachers) and help each other and we are aware of what our colleagues are teaching

- active learning environment for the students

- our ultimate aim is to get Nuffic certified (in a couple of years)

3. Practical lessons in English
cooking and serving taught in English. 

we continued with Dutch method books but faced several difficulties:
  * preparation time for teachers
  * confusing for students as well as teachers

instruction in English and after the plenary start the students start working in the kitchen and restaurant. Improvements by:
    * lesson visits by CLIL coach
    * assigning students as language invigilators
    * native speaker, Laura
