Screen time should be limited to one hour per day
In this piece of persuasive writing, I will attempt to convince you, why we we should only have one our of screen time per day.

Firstly, it is a well known fact that screen time has an impact on mental health. There has been a 40% increase in young people experiencing mental health problems in comparison to ten years ago. It is highly unnerving that it's going this way. How do you think the world will look if this continues?

Slide 7 - Slide

Screen time should be limited to one hour per day
Secondly, it is causing young people to have unhealthy lifestyles. Surely you'd want to be the picture of health and a strong and robust individual? If young people spent less time on their screens and more time being fit and healthy outside, many people would feel a lot more rejuvenated and healthy.

Lastly, time is too precious. You have one childhood. Screen time is limitless. Surely, you'd want to be out living your life and making lots of jovial memories? You will have some of your most superior memories as a child, so best enjoy them NOW. Will you really remember spending all that time on a screen?

Hopefully after considering these reasons, I have convinced you as to why it is so important to  embrace the real world and not have your face to a screen
