taxiing =
the plane slowly moving on the runway before takeoff or after landing
takeoff =
when the plane leaves the ground
climbing =
refers to gaining height in the atmosphere
cruising =
the process of travelling at moderate speed at a certain altitude
altitude
= height in the atmosphere
approach =
the final path followed by an aircraft as it's landing
descent =
the lowering of height made by the aircraft
to disembark =
to leave the aircraft
post-flight =
the inspection after the plane has landed and passengers have left the plane
