The Exam: open cloze
In the FCE the first item in the Open Cloze task is always an example, but this is not so in the exercise in the book. 

The task in the book tests the grammar focus, unlike the exam task which does not allow - for an answer. 

In pairs: read the article in Ex 3 and choose the correct answer.
