• You will have gained knowledge of enquiring in phone call conversations and e-mail writing.
• You can have a phonecall conversation in English in which you enquire after something.
• You will learn new vocabulary and phrases related to: costumer/supplier sequence, inquiring/orders, discussing terms with customers and asking for payment in English.
