Present perfect
De present perfect gebruik je als:
  • Je over een gebeurtenis uit het verleden wilt praten die nog steeds belangrijk is
  • Je over iets hebt dat in het verleden is begonnen en nu nog steeds zo is
  • Je wilt vertellen over ervaringen tot op heden (nu)

Present perfect - de vorm
Je maakt de present perfect op twee manieren:
  1. have/has + werkwoord + (e)d
  2. have/has + past participle (3e rij - onregelmatige ww'en)

I have worked here for 5 years.
We have lived in this city my whole life.
She has already told me that story. 
They have never eaten here before.

Irregular verbs
Voor de present perfect moet je de onregelmatige werkwoorden kennen - net zoals bij de past simple. Deze staan op blz. 237/238/239 in je boek. 
Voor de present perfect gebruik je het 3e rijtje. Voor de past simple het 2e rijtje.
