Functie: 

De 'future continuous' verwijst naar een onvoltooide handeling of gebeurtenis die op een later tijdstip dan nu verder zal gaan. 

De 'future continuous' kan gebruikt worden om onszelf naar de toekomst te projecteren wanneer een actie langer duurt in de toekomst.

Functie

De tijd 'future perfect' verwijst naar een voltooide handeling in de toekomst. Als we deze tijd gebruiken projecteren we onszelf voorwaarts naar de toekomst en kijken we terug op een handeling die op een bepaald moment dat later is dan het heden voltooid zal worden. Het wordt meestal gebruikt met een uitdrukking van tijd.
