Liquid regulation
When travelling with handluggage the passenger must take the 
liquid regulation into account (liquids, creams and gels)

Slide 2 - Slide

Liquid regulation:
  • Liquids, cremes and gels must be in a package with a maximum of 100 ml
  • The packed liquids, gels en creams must be in a transparant and resealable plastic bag of 20x20 cm
  • The maximun content of the plastic bag is 1 liters 
  • Maximum of 1 plastic bag per person.

Exceptions:
  1. Fluid medicins, diet- and babyfood required for the duration of the flight (recipe or medical document must be shown)
  2. Taxfree shopping items bought on the day of departure and packed and sealed in a bag by the taxfree shop

Your role as a PGSA in liquid regulation:

During check-in:

  • Answer the passengers' questions about liquids 
  • NEVER accept liquids that are not allowed (passenger needs to throw them away themselves!)
