Activity: I'm the only one who

• Someone starts with a phrase that is true for him/her/them
  
• If that statement is true for you as well --> stand up
• If that statement is false for you --> stay seated
• The student saying the phrase can pick one of the standing students and he/she/they will be next, everyone else sits down

Please start by saying your name out loud

Phrasal verbs consist of verb [=ww] + preposition [=voorzetsel]

Some have a literal meaning [=letterlijk] and some an idiomatic meaning [=figuurlijk]

Literal phrasal verbs

I wanted to move back home  (move + back)

It took away all hope for the future (take + away)

She grew up in a small village (grow + up)
