Semester Two Examination - Day 5      (10 April 2024)

Expectations before the exam

• Arrange your tables/chairs (as per exam protocol). The desk / underneath the desk must be emptied with anything except your (blue or black) pen and other required exam materials.
• Go to the bathroom 5 minutes before the exam begins. You may not be allowed to use the bathroom within the examination period.
• Put your phones and/or smartwatches in your locker.
• Put your bags underneath the whiteboard or the side corners of your classroom.
• Stay seated on your designated chair while waiting for further instructions.
• ALWAYS ASK FOR PERMISSION.

• Write your FIS student number, NOT your name.
• Borrowing exam materials is UNPERMITTED.
• Speaking with/ asking questions to anyone is DISCOURAGED.
• Hand the exam in within the allowable time indicated on the cover page. Otherwise, review all your responses while waiting.

Expectations during LUNCH

• Keep your door open.
• Clean as you go : Clean your own mess and dispose your leftovers and litters PROPERLY.
• NO sports equipment nor rough play or physical activity indoors.
• Noise level SHOULD NOT disrupt the learning environment.
• After eating and your routine hygiene, clean and organise your classroom.
• Your class monitor (appointed by your HR teacher) will help maintain behavioural standards.
• Should any of you fail to meet these expectations, lunch schedule will revert to the previous arrangement.

Lunch venue: Homeroom classroom

Lunch time: 11:45 to 12:30 P.M.
