Tag questions ('aangeplakte vragen')

Je gebruikt tag questions  wanneer je zoekt naar een bevestiging. Het een statement, gevolgd door een mini-vraag.

In het Nederlands kun je de tag questions vertalen naar 'toch?' of 'of wel?'

Sneeuw is wit, toch?

JIj vind mij niet leuk, of wel?

Auxiliary verbs: hulpwerkwoorden

Can, could, should, would, may, might, must, will, won't, do

(ook met not erachter!)

Tag questions ('aangeplakte vragen')

Hoe vorm je nou de tag questions?

1.  Kijk of er in de zin voor de komma een hulpwerkwoord staat.

Ja? –> herhaal het hulpwerkwoord in de tag

Nee? –> gebruik do/does/did in plaats van het werkwoord voor de komma. Let hierbij goed op de tijd waarin de zin voor de komma staat. Tegenwoordige tijd: do/does, verleden tijd: did
