  • Remember: This is NOT just an email. It is an email for a Cambridge Exam. It means that you should take all the points we talked about into account while writing your email. Otherwise, you won't get any points.

what should  the end product look like?

  • An "informal" email  that is polite and clear.
  • It has   "opening and closing formulas" 
  • Each paragraph has a purpose. 
  • The grammar and punctuation are correct.
  • Use a maximum of 190 words 
  • write around 80–85 words for each of the main content points
  • 20–30 words for the opening and closing.
