4) Set up a first rough draft of a code of conduct that you will take with you to your country of destination.

is a project plan?

A document which describes:
- The project.
- The goal of the project.
- Which commitments have been made  (and by whom) to reach that goal.

Business specific:
A code of conduct is the most common policy within an organization. This policy lays out the company’s principles, standards, and the moral and ethical expectations that employees and third parties are held to as they interact with the organization.
