4) gained and shared knowledge on code of conduct.

5) Set up a first rough draft of a code of conduct that you will take with you to your country of destination.

WHAT
is a project plan?

A document which describes:
- The project.
- The goal of the project.
- Which commitments have been made  (and by whom) to reach that goal.

ps. commitments includes deadlines!

1) A project plan has a clearly defined goal.
2) A project plan has a clearly defined start and end (this includes a description of what it means for a project to be marked as ended / done).
3) A project plan has a product owner /  client / customer in other words: stakeholders
4) A project plan has a plan of approach.
5) A project plan might have multi-disciplinary aspects.
6) A project plan might have or need a budget.

a-specific:

A little more specific:
A code of conduct is a set of rules outlining the norms, rules, and responsibilities or proper practices of an individual party or an organization.
Business specific:
A code of conduct is the most common policy within an organization. This policy lays out the company’s principles, standards, and the moral and ethical expectations that employees and third parties are held to as they interact with the organization.
