Goal: Enhance staff expertise to adapt to changing circumstances and achieve multi-year plan goals. 
Annual Training Plan: Developed for teachers and educational support staff across various locations. 
Types of Training: Can be self-selected or mandatory. 
Coaching & training beginning teachers 
Support for New Staff: Comprehensive onboarding program for new employees. 
Target Group: Specifically designed for beginning teachers (BSL). 
Teacher training school 
NOD Haaglanden: Johan de Witt, in collaboration with seven other secondary schools and four teacher training institutions, established the Network for Teacher Education (NOD) Haaglanden. 
Objective: Address both qualitative and quantitative teacher shortages in the region.
