Task 3 Overview

Present your Storyboarding:

The focus of Task 3 

This Task focuses on Storyboarding- Keep additional Sketches, previz etc, and in-class exercises as part of your portfolio (Task 2).  You can mention supporting work and in-class exercises as necessary, however, the focus of this task is your development of storyboarding. 

 Storyboarding in different mediums: 

Sketches/ colouring pencil 

Pen/ Ink

Paint/Watercolour

Photographs

AI-generated images 

Photoshop collage

Anything else you can think of

What to cover in your presentation:

Show critical analysis of your storyboarding process

What worked or didn't work for you when Storyboarding

Reflect on why you choose particular mediums for your storyboards

What else to include: 

Relate your storyboards to the overall story structure (e.g. character change or 'Arc')

Critically analyse how your storyboards give instructions to production departments (eg sound, light, camera, Art)
