Starter: your holiday props

Make up pairs and speak for one minute about your props, after one minute we are going to switch roles.

Why did we start our own CLIL cafe?

* to keep the CLIL vibe alive!

* to all be on the same page/ to know where we are heading

Wednesdays are our English speaking days, for teachers and students. 

We have to be alert to keep speaking English on Wednesdays (especially with students around)

You will all receive a document with 2 CLIL lesson starters.

For the next CLIL cafe, 13 December, try to use one of the CLIL lesson starter ideas in your lesson.

CLIL certificates

We are going to brainstorm in pairs about possible CLIL certificates.

I will hand out a document in which you can talk together about the pros and cons of possible CLIL certificates. Would it be an addition to our education? Will it be meaningfull to us and the students? Or is it only extra work. Write down what you think in pairs.
