Scenario: You work for a large ground handling company, and have been asked to analyse the key areas prone to congestion and the measures used to overcome congestion problems.

Task 4 (P7) - Outline the passenger journey through the airport

Task: How does Amsterdam Airport Schiphol monitor and maintain an efficient passenger flow for departing and arriving passengers. Describe how Schiphol is built
