Even though it's interesting that chocolate might have some good effects on acne, we need to be careful about these ideas. Other things, like what you eat overall, your family history, and how you take care of your skin, are also really important for having healthy skin. So, while eating a bit of dark chocolate could help some people, it's just one part of taking care of your skin, and you shouldn't eat too much of it.
