Things you have to remember!
  1. Always use a salutation (aanhef)! To whom are you sending the message? (Dear Mr. Smith).
  2. Choose your subject wisely, be short and specific.
  3. Keep it to the point. Don't write too many sentences.
  4. Be professional. No CAPS, slang or texting language.
  5. Sign and proofread! Always end with your full name and read your email once more to find and erase mistakes!
