Listening practice

- We're going to watch a video about social media and the usage of our phones. 
- Before we start the video I want you all to think about your own life and experiences.
- On the next slide you'll see a couple of questions. For a minute think about your answers, individually. Then once you're done thinking you can share your answers (in English) in pairs. ±5min

2. What are some negative effects of spending too much time on social media?
3. Have you ever taken a social media detox? If so, how did it affect you?
4. Do you think social media addiction is a real issue in today's society?
5. How do you manage privacy and safety on social media? What measures do you take to protect yourself?

- Write down your answers in English and create your own action plan for the upcoming test week. 
- ±10 minutes 
- I'll walk around and check your work + give feedback.
- Afterwards you can review the grammar test.

Reviewing the grammar test
- Check your answers.
- Count how many points you have and if it's correct.
- Note 'werpen' is 'to cast' but I decided to approve of the word 'to throw/threw/thrown' as well. So, if you used that and I didn't give you points for that, let me know and I'll change it. (condition: must be written correctly)
- For the passive exercise you can get 2 points for each sentence. 1 point for the correct tense/form and 1 point if the rest of the sentence is written correctly.
