Present perfect:
have or has + past participle (voltooid deelwoord).

I/we/you/they have ....

he/she/it has .....

Examples:

Ik heb niet gewerkt.

I have not worked.

Zij heeft niet geslapen.

She has not slept. 

Past participle
 (voltooid deelwoord)

Regular verbs: verb + ed

Examples: worked, opened, talked, walked.

Irregular verbs: all different forms

Examples: slept, spoken, broken, gone, left

The irregular verbs do not have a certain system, so you have to know them by heart!
